Before you listen:

This meditation will take 16-20m.

Arrange not to be disturbed for 20 minutes or so.  The room should be quiet, but it doesn’t need to be silent. The room should be warm enough for comfort but not so warm you’ll get drowsy. Sit on a firm chair – a dining room chair is ideal – something not too low. You want to be able to stretch your spine and keep fairly upright.
